Our client was driving a motorcycle in Prince William when a car pulled out from a stop sign without yielding the right of way and caused this crash.  After transport to the emergency room, our client underwent an open reduction, internal fixation surgery to repair a fractured humerus.  After extensive physical therapy, he was left with mild permanent range of motion restrictions.
