Brian Glass is a Virginia personal injury lawyer and partner at BenGlassLaw, where he represents people seriously injured in car accidents, truck accidents, and other life-changing injuries.
Brian has spent his career helping people deal with the challenges that come after a serious injury. He enjoys taking on tough cases, figuring out complicated problems, and helping clients when an insurance company or another party is standing in the way of getting fair compensation.
Brian earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University after attending Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax. He went on to earn his law degree from William & Mary Law School, where he was named a Benjamin Rush Scholar for excellence in Health Law & Policy.
One of the most significant cases of Brian’s career came in 2022, when a Fairfax County jury awarded more than $4 million to his client after she was seriously injured in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. The verdict included $1 million in punitive damages, making it one of the largest punitive awards ever awarded in a Virginia drunk-driving case.
Brian has been recognized by legal organizations for his work representing injured people. His professional recognition includes:
- Super Lawyers — Super Lawyer, 2025–2026
- Super Lawyers — Rising Star, 2017–2023
- National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys — Top 10 Under 40 in Virginia
- National Trial Lawyers — Top 40 Under 40 in Virginia
- Avvo Client’s Choice Award
Outside of his personal injury practice, Brian is a business leader, speaker, and educator. He has also been featured by Forbes and Injury Experts and has appeared as a guest on several business and legal podcasts.
Outside of the office, Brian lives in Fairfax with his wife and three sons. He spends much of his free time coaching his sons’ soccer and baseball teams, traveling with his family, and running.
BenGlassLaw helps people who have been seriously injured in Virginia car crashes and people across the country who are fighting for the long-term disability benefits they’ve earned. The firm handles personal injury cases involving car and truck accidents, motorcycle crashes, pedestrian injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other serious injuries, as well as short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance claims. Whether someone is recovering from a serious accident or fighting an insurance company over disability benefits, BenGlassLaw believes the best law firm representation starts with listening, communicating clearly, and treating people like people—not just cases.
