Meet Fionna, our Medical Record Clerk! In her role, she is responsible for diligently gathering relevant medical records and bills for cases handled by our personal injury team, ensuring all requests are submitted and followed up on in a timely manner.
She joined BenGlassLaw in May 2026 and plays a crucial part in supporting our personal injury team by managing the essential documentation required for each case.
She is dedicated to contributing to the process that helps each client fight for the benefits they deserve.
Originally from Batangas Philippines, Fionna moved to the Taytay Rizal area of the Philippines. She is a passionate cat lover, having two foster cats who have been a significant source of comfort and happiness in her life.
Fionna describes herself as a ‘jack of all trades,’ enjoying a variety of hobbies including painting, drawing, learning languages, and singing, a passion she shares with her mother.

Favorite thing about your role: It’s a new environment and field that I get to join, and I get to contribute in a certain way to a case that helps people fight for their rights.

Hobbies/Interests/activities outside of work: I love watching movies from the 2000s, especially rom-coms or any movies from that era. I also love reading thrilling and suspenseful books because I get to be curious about what will happen next or basically who’s at fault.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Build a house that can cater to hundreds of cats so there will be no foster cats that would end up dying because of hunger and worse accidents.
If you had a time machine, what time period would you travel to? The Mesozoic era, where dinosaurs are alive because I’m curious about what do they really look like since there’s a lot of theory and speculation if they have fur or hair since we don’t have evidence at all.
