Eryn is a Virginia personal injury lawyer at BenGlassLaw, where she helps people navigate the legal and insurance issues that arise after serious accidents and injuries.
Eryn joined BenGlassLaw in November 2025 after earning her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2024. Before law school, she built a strong foundation in health and technology, earning a B.S. in Health Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019 and an M.S. in Health Informatics from George Mason University in 2021.
Her background in health science and health informatics gives Eryn a unique perspective in personal injury law. She understands that an accident can affect far more than a person’s immediate physical injuries and that medical records, treatment, and the long-term effects of an injury can all play an important role in a personal injury case. Eryn approaches her work with a focus on listening to clients, understanding what they have been through, and helping them navigate an unfamiliar legal process.
Eryn grew up in an Army family and was born in Upstate New York. Because her father served in the military, her family moved frequently during her childhood before eventually settling in Fairfax after her father retired from the military. She has called Northern Virginia home ever since.
Outside of practicing law, Eryn is an avid crafter who enjoys sewing, embroidery, and creating projects with her Cricut. She also has a long history with competitive rowing, having competed for seven years and coached for three. When she isn’t working or crafting, Eryn enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and watching scary movies with her two cats, Piper and Charlie.

Favorite thing about your role: One of my favorite aspects of my role is speaking directly with clients and listening to their stories. Connecting with clients on a personal level allows me to better understand their needs and advocate for them more effectively.
Favorite thing about working at BGL: My favorite thing about working at BGL is the family-like atmosphere. Although I’ve only been here for a short time, it’s clear that the team functions seamlessly due to a strong foundation of support and mutual respect, where every individual is valued.

You can spend 24-hours with someone dead or alive – who would it be: If I could spend 24 hours with anyone it would be Billie Eilish. I have always been a huge fan of her music and am fascinated by her creativity.
First meal after getting rescued from an island: Crab boil and a large margarita
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? If I won the lottery, the first thing I would do is buy a farm for my family. I love animals and would love to own a small farm someday.
