Dealing with Insurance Adjuster | Coming to House or Hospital

Insurance adjusters may try to make you settle your case by showing up at your house or hospital, or by calling you during or after business hours.

They may try to make you settle without an attorney by stating that attorneys will charge 40% just for talking to you.  This is just not true.

Adjusters are trying to intimidate you to settle your case for as little as possible. Even if you don't hire a lawyer, it's still a good idea to get a lawyer's advice about the insurance company's offer.
