Will The Insurance Company Spy On You After A Car Accident?

Hey, this is Ben Glass and one of the questions we get from car accident victims in our Williamsburg-James City County office is: "is the insurance probably going to spy on my after my car accident?" Well the typical answer for most cases is no. But they might - it kind of depends on your claims. Here is the rule. You should never ever, ever misrepresent your activity level or misrepresent your injuries to the insurance company. Don't exaggerate. If you get a lawyer, still tell the truth. Don't misrepresent everything. The insurance companies have these terrific insurance databases out there. They know every claim you've ever made. So you have to be very straightforward with them.

I've written about this and more in my new book, "The Five Deadly Sins that can Wreck your Accident Case." We are happy to send you a free copy, just click on this link!
