If this is my child's case, will I need to bring my child into court at the time of trial?

Most likely, yes. But remember, depending on the age of the child, we would only ask the child to be in Court on one day, and only for a very short time. (In some cases, we only want the child there for a few minutes. In other cases, we need to question the child, and questioning will not take very long.) This should not deter anyone from asking about a potential case for their child.
