On April 8 our client was driving eastbound on Main Street, in Fairfax, Virginia, when he approached a red light at Burke Station Road.  He slowed his vehicle to a stop as a result and had been stopped for about five to ten seconds. Unfortunately, the defendant, who was driving directly behind failed to bring his vehicle to a stop accordingly and rear-ended his vehicle.

He underwent x-rays of his cervical and lumbar spine. He was ultimately diagnosed with cervical strain and lumbar strain and prescribed medication and discharged.

The case settled with $250,000 awarded to our client.
