Our client, represented by Brian Glass, was parked along the curb on Thornbury Drive waiting for his wife to come out of his house when the defendant crossed the midline of the road and struck him head on. There was a little more than $7,000 in damage done to the front of his car.

He suffered pain in his neck, shoulder, and back. While the neck and back pain eventually subsided, his shoulder pain did not, and he was sent for an MRI which revealed a torn anterior-inferior labrum with a partial thickness tear of the glenoid cartilage. He was athletically active before the accident, but the shoulder injury resulted in a hard struggle to complete athletic activities without pain.

The case settled with $94,000 awarded to our client.
