Our client was driving when another vehicle was rear-ended and then pushed into his vehicle causing significant property damage and personal injury to him. Specifically, he was diagnosed with an ankle fracture and later diagnosed with a sternum fracture and two vertebrae fractures.

Fortunately, he made a strong recovery, didn’t require surgery, and had no significant permanent injuries. However, his medical care reached just over $85,000.
