We still see dumb stuff being posted by injury claimants on their Facebook, Linked in and Twitter accounts. "Dumb stuff" like you claim you can't do much but there you are, surfing.

No, you don't end your life when you file a personal injury claim but nor can you ever think that you can get away with exaggerating your claim. And...the dumbest thing you can do is place evidence of your perjury up on a social media site.

A judge reminds us today that your Twitter account is public and you have no expectation of privacy after having "tweeted" something.
