Teens use stolen credit car to pay for photo booth

In Maryland, a group of teens thought it would be fun to steal a credit card.  They also thought it would be fun to use it to purchase items - including the use of a photo booth.  What they didn't think about is how easily it will be to find them now that their face is plastered across the news.

In Virginia, stealing and using a credit card results in mutliple FELONY charges for EACH transaction.  Unfortunately, these kids will be learning the law the hard way.

If you've been charged with a crime, or you just have a question about Virginia Criminal Law, give me a call.  You can also check out this story at:  http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/PD-Teens-Steal-Credit-Card-Use-it-For-Photo-Booth--211640281.html
