Objective Medical Evidence Shell Game

When a disability insurance company accepts that you have been correctly diagnosed with several painful diseases but requires you to provided "objective medical evidence" that you cannot work, you would think that they would at least have a claims manual that describes what they are looking for.

Madision National Life Insurance doesn't but it took a trial to expose what in our opinion is a disability shell game.
