A New Jersey supplement maker has agreed to pay $34 million dollars to settle claims related to the sale of Ephedra containing supplements in diet pills.
This payment will settle 138 cases.

Court documents show that lawsuit is part of the global settlement; however, specific amounts for each case are confidential.
