Recently, 16 year olds have been criminally charged for allowing their friend to drive drunk.  Tragically, the teen they allowed to drive died in a car crash only moments later.  But this raises several issues.  First, should a person be held criminally responsible for the criminal acts of another?  Second, should this responsibility be imposed upon juveniles?  And lastly, what about civil liability implications - should the estate for the deceased driver be able to sue the children for their "wrongful" behavior?

This is an important case that would likely have very different results if here in Virginia.
