The Colonial Heights Circuit Court recently convicted a mother for conspiring to sell cocaine with her 3 year old son in the car and having previously drove husband to two prior controlled sells to undercover informants. 


Despite the mother’s claim that she thought she was receiving money on husband’s behalf for labor he performed, the court found enough evidence of her guilt to convict.
