Meet Warda, our Long-Term Disability On-Claim Coordinator! Warda plays a vital role in assisting clients with long-term disability claims, ensuring they can continue receiving their benefits by managing insurance documentation requests and addressing any concerns they may have. In addition to her technical expertise, she provides much-needed emotional support to clients navigating the challenges of their disabilities.
Originally from Pakistan, Warda grew up in Alexandria, VA, and now lives in Springfield, VA. She joined the team in December 2024 and quickly became known for her compassionate approach and dedication to client care. Warda finds immense fulfillment in being a dependable resource for clients impacted by disabilities and values the supportive team environment at BenGlassLaw.

Favorite thing about your role: Being a support system for clients who are negatively impacted by their disability.
Favorite thing about working at BGL: My colleagues — the team is so sweet and supporting. And of course, the free snacks!
A highlight of your career at BGL: The team won an appeal for a client who has heart failure and needs a heart transplant. The insurance company kept denying him, but Damon was able to write a letter that had them rightfully shook.
Interesting fact about yourself: I’m the only one in my family who has a passion for the legal field. I recently completed my master’s degree in paralegal studies and plan to pursue either law school or a Ph.D. program. Outside of work, I enjoy learning new skills, staying active through running and weightlifting, and indulging in binge-worthy shows. I love writing but can’t stand math — thankfully, the legal field doesn’t require much of it!
