Tammy H. is our personal injury paralegal who works directly with Brian Glass on active cases. When we first interviewed Tammy, we were completely impressed with her work history as a USMC videographer and her many side projects, including writing and sketch comedy.
Tammy is originally from Nebraska. She moved a lot as a member of the Marine Corps and eventually settled in Northern Virginia after completing her service. Tammy got her first Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Park University and continued on to get a second Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from George Mason University. Tammy finished her Paralegal Certification at George Washington University and is a member of NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants).
Outside of work, Tammy has many artistic hobbies, including creative writing, stand-up comedy, storytelling, and video editing. “I am not to the point where I am over my stage fright, though!” Tammy tells us about her public performances.
We asked what drew Tammy to apply for the paralegal position at BenGlassLaw and she told us:
“The job posting wasn’t just a boilerplate form sent out by a robot like you see many companies doing. It focused a lot on company culture, and I felt like it spoke directly to me as a person.”
We asked Tammy if there was a personal quote that she would like to include in her bio.
“’The man who sits and waits for his ship to come in has already missed the boat.’ A fortune cookie I once got. “
If Brian Glass is working on your case, you can be sure that Tammy is behind the scenes doing all the heavy lifting. Welcome Tammy H. and we are excited to have her as part of the BenGlassLaw team!
