Jarissa started as an intern at BenGlassLaw during the Spring 2019 semester. We were so impressed with her skills that we invited her to work full-time as one of our personal injury paralegals. Though she may be quiet in the office, Jarissa is a big presence at our firm.
When we asked Jarissa what she liked about working at BenGlassLaw. She said, “I love the friendliness of the work environment at BenGlassLaw! Everyone here really cares about what they do, and you can tell they want to be here, which is really special.”
Originally from Philadelphia, Jarissa moved to northern Virginia in 2016 to attend George Mason University (GMU). She graduated from GMU in May 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology.
In her free time, Jarissa likes to practice upcycling her latest thrift store finds. Each morning, she starts her day with either a jog through her neighborhood or a HIIT workout. After transitioning to a plant-based diet a couple of years ago, Jarissa finds joy in cooking and experimenting with new baking recipes.
A special thanks to Jarissa for taking the time to be interviewed and to let us get to know her better. If you have a personal injury case at BenGlassLaw, Jarissa is one of the amazing team members working to ensure you get the best possible outcome for your case.
