Jennifer manages all day-to-day activity in the PI department as our PI department head while she manages our pre-litigation cases. Her focus is on providing insurance companies with all pertinent information they need in order to make appropriate settlement offers to our clients. She manages all client files, communicates with insurance companies to negotiate a reasonable settlement offer for our pre-litigation clients while working closely with Brian and Lisa to get the best result possible. Luckily for us, she brings a lot of joy, wisdom, and professionalism to everything she touches.
Jennifer moved around a lot in her youth, including stints in Singapore and Korea, but she considers Richmond her home. Jennifer started her studies at George Mason University with the intent of becoming a dentist but quickly discovered that a life of staring into people’s mouths wasn’t going to make her happy.
The switch to the legal field was life-changing. After graduating from George Mason, Jenn started working at an international patent and trademark firm then left to work for a personal injury firm. Four years of hard work saw her rise to the level of Director of Business Development before joining us as our Personal Injury Department Head. We’re thrilled to have someone with such talent, work ethic, and experience here at BenGlassLaw!
A self-proclaimed “crazy dog mom,” Jennifer loves hiking with her two dogs Braxlee and Stella. Both are rescues from A Forever Home Rescue Foundation, which does fantastic and loving work here in northern Virginia.
Jenn is a country music fan, an avid reader, and loves true crime podcasts. It relates well to the work she does for us! Ultimately, Jenn is interested in helping clients who feel that they are alone and overwhelmed:
“What makes us unique over the other law firms is that everyone here at BenGlassLaw truly cares about every single client of ours and know that what they are going through can be tough and stressful. We are here to guide them throughout this stressful process and want them to know that they are in good hands.”
“The last thing you want to deal with when you are hurting is dealing with these pressuring insurance companies. We want our clients to focus on getting better and trust us to deal with the insurance companies so they don’t have to.”
