Tell Us Your Story

Helping the Injured and Disabled Tell Their Stories (and Get The Money They’re Owed)

Real legal help for real people

Insurance companies are skeptical about every auto accident and disability claim they receive. They have a financial incentive to question and doubt you. They want to save money—not pay out big claims.

We’re here to help you tell your story, make your case, and get the just compensation you deserve. We’re friendly, experienced, dedicated, and go the extra mile for every client. As your trusted ally, we put you in control and empower you to make confident, informed decisions about your case. And if we don’t win your case, you owe us nothing.

A Different Kind of Personal Injury and Disability Firm

We continually push against the “old” ways of practicing law, and the stereotypes most people have about personal injury lawyers. Our firm is nationally recognized for our out-of-the-box thinking about how legal services should be delivered.

For personal injury clients, our proven process starts with a 1-on-1 consultation and strategy session. After that, we’ll gather all the relevant information—records, police reports, bills, etc.—and notify the insurance company to never contact you again. You can expect frequent follow-up calls, and can contact us any time for real, honest answers to your questions.

For long-term disability clients, we’ll review your denial letter for free. Our disability team will read every page of your claim file, conduct independent vocational analyses if the insurance company “finds” jobs you can do, and handle every aspect of your appeal. If that appeal is denied, we’ll file a lawsuit and fight for you in court.

No matter what, you owe BenGlassLaw nothing if you don’t make a recovery. There’s no risk to you. That’s our guarantee.

Our Core Values

Our five core value guide every decision and interaction with our clients and each other.

Humbly Confident

We are confident because we are forever learners. We are better today than we were yesterday, and we know (and are honest about) what we don’t know.

Continuous self-improvement

We believe that life would be deadly boring if we weren’t moving forward physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually and financially. We expect our team members to always be asking themselves, “How can I improve my own life?” and we support them while doing it.

Positive and optimistic

We have choices in how we respond to things. Being generally positive about life has great value not only to us personally, but to everyone around us. This is especially important because we represent clients who usually have something tough going on with their lives.

Proactive

We think deeply about the issues we try to solve, and we work to prevent issues from becoming problems. We don’t let life just buffet us around. Yes, there will be knocks and headwinds – but we believe how we respond to the knocks and headwinds helps us write our own chapters of our lives.

Above and beyond

We are always asking ourselves, “What did our clients not ask for, but we could provide?” Going the extra mile and providing value to our clients’ lives results in excellent customer service and improvements in our internal processes.

Our Team

Our world-class attorneys have written books, lectured to attorneys around the nation, been featured in major publications, been recognized as exceptional by organizations like SuperLawyers and the National Trial Lawyers Association—oh, and won millions of dollars for their clients.

And we put all of that experience and expertise to work for you. With BenGlassLaw, every client gets the “small firm” treatment. We only accept a limited number of cases, to ensure that every case gets the attention it needs to be as successful as possible. You are not a number. You deserve our best—and that’s what you’ll receive.
